Mouse stuttering

Hello, I just moved to a new home and when I brought my PC, the mouse started to stutter. I tried to plug the mouse to a different usb port (its a wired mouse). I also tried to restarting my pc and messing with the mouse settings. The settings are exactly the same as they were before and I don't know what could be causing this issue.

same desk. same mousepad idk whats wrong. the only thing i did was remove the gpu to avoid braking it in the journey

did you check to see if there was anything stuck to the bottom of the mouse near the sensor?

used to have a mouse that would pick up my dogs hair (the adhesive that held in the plastic slides) and would cause intermittent stutter/flicking when it happened to go under the sensor

there was some cat hair, i cleaned it out and still doesnt work

Did you already try the mouse on a different device?

that way we can find if its the mouse or the computer.
