How can i check if a radeon rx 580 8gb

Is compatible with my Asus TUF GAMING Z690-plus WIFI ATX lga1700 motherboard and a 12600k cpu?

(And i know some of you will say like dont buy a 580 its quite bad for todays standard, but i dont play graphic intensive games, mainly minecraft 😄 )

The slot hasn't changed and is backwards compatible, it'll be fine but could force some pcie lanes into 3.0 mode, which isn't a big deal just something to be aware of

Ryzen 5800X3D(Because who doesn't like a phat stack of cache?) GPU - 7700Xt

                                                           X470 Strix f gaming, 32GB Corsair vengeance, WD Blue 500GB NVME-WD Blue2TB HDD, 700watts EVGA Br

~Extra L3 cache is exciting, every time you load up a new game or program you never know what your going to get, will it perform like a 5700x or are we beating the 14900k today? 😅~

It will be, the only time GPUs arent compatible with anything is if they dont fit in a case, other than that any GPU should work with any motherboard/CPU.

As a seperate note, if you haven't already purchased the 12600k and motherboard, either a 5600g or a 5700g using the integrated graphics might be a better (and much cheaper) option. they are both excelent CPUs and their integrated graphics can still get over 100fps in minecraft at 1080p medium settings. they are also perfect for modded minecraft since mods make minecraft more difficult to run for the CPU but don't change anything for the GPU (other than shaders and high resolution resource packs obviously)

System: AMD R7 5700g (OC to 4.45GHz fixed clock) / Noctua NH-D15 / Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 / Gigabyte Waterforce WB RTX 2080 Ti / Crucial 4x8GB DDR4 (OC to 3800MHz Cl16) / 1TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus / Corsair 4000D airflow / Corsair TX650M / BenQ Mobius EX2510 24.5" 1080p 144Hz

Z690 should be able to run an RTX3090 or an RX 6900XT if you want to.

Yes they are if you are looking for the highest fps in demanding games, but in the unique case of not really needing a powerful GPU then the integrated graphics that come with the 5700g are still the best integrated graphics you can find on a desktop CPU, and the 5600g and 5700g are still good enough CPUs for you to be able to add in a good GPU in the future if you start playing any more demanding games or anything like that. the 5700g can also run almost any game at a playable framerate with just the integrated graphics at 1080p medium settings. the 5600g has slighly worse integrated graphics (and 2 less cores) but should still be a good choice for minecraft.

Any other options, cause i really want to use ddr5 memory, which amd 5000 series doesnt support

Well the build that you were planning in the first place was already a prety good idea. You might want to consider saving some money by going with a 12400 and then you could get an RX 6600 (have a look at rx 6600/6600xt/6650xt as well as rtx2060/2060super prices second hand if you dont mind buying used) which is a much better GPU. It wont go to waste in minecraft either, it will open up the posibility of playing with shaders.
