Troubleshooting - USB not recognized or Unknown error code 43

Hi,

Today I installed my new gpu (not sure if this will have something to do with the issue but it hasn't been working since). When I try to plug in my USB (it is a bluetooth usb to connect my wireless headset), I get the error: "USB not recognized or Unknown, (error code 43)". I have tried everything I have seen online, from uninstalling the drivers, using windows problem solver, looking for the most recent windows updates and nothing seems to work. I have tried the USB in another port and it seems to work fine. The port itself isn't damaged or dirty and as I mentioned before it worked until I switched my GPU. Everywhere I look, mentions that it is a problem with the drivers, but according to Windows I already have the newest version installed.

¿What do you guys think?

P.S. Every other USB port works fine, only 1 is giving me trouble.
