This is my first build and I want to make sure that I won't have any compatibility issues and that the power supply is good enough in terms of quality. Here's the PCPartPicker list:

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3CMNH2

Any recommendations are appreciated

(The hard drive is the one I have right now and I plan on getting a better one in the future but I'll keep it for now even though it's old)

Thank you!

A lot better and a lot cheaper.

That 5600X's price is outrageous, just go with 12400, great B660 board, cheaper 2x8GB 3200 RAM, 1TB NVME SSD, 6700XT instead of 3060 Ti because Nvidia cards are bad value if all you do is game, way better cheap case (change it if you like), same high quality PSU for cheaper.

I already have the 3060 Ti, so everything else should be compatible with it. Also I can get the 5600x cheaper than the i5 but that motherboard wouldn't be compatible with it, do you know a cheaper board than the one in my list that supports the 5600x in case I go with it? (In case I have to update the bios I'd prefer one that doesn't require a cpu to do it)

I could get the memory and the power supply in your list if it works with everything else

If the 5600X is around $150-160, just go with 12400F, the motherboard prices for AM4 is now just horrible.

Everything (other than the CPU+Board) on this list should work just fine with AM4 combo, but please make sure get an SSD, having just an HDD now is just sad.

Thank you. That motherboard might still need a bios update to work with the i5-12400F, right? If so, my i5-3470 won't be compatible with the motherboard and I don't think it supports bios flashback, should I still go with it and try to find a store where I can get it updated?

To my knowledge, now no, when it was first launched, yes. I've seen so many people bought this board for their first PC, and it worked right away. Unless you're unlucky and got a very old stock, there shouldn't any need for BIOS update.

If you don't want to take the risk, buy it on a store or get a lesser but still okay motherboard is as below, I personally use that one. But the MSI PRO -A is a much better motherboard for the same price.
