Mixing multiple inputs, product recommendations.

Sup fellas, does anyone have recommendations for a dac/amp that can mix multiple signals to one output.
I'd like to route my pc sound (USB) and media centre sound (OPTICAL) into one set of headphones/speakers. I've seen that the Sound BlasterX G6 and GoXLR can do these things but I'm not really looking for a gaming product. I've also seen psycho behringer PA system mixers but dont want to go that path either. I've also tried using stereo-in from my motherboard, it's an ok temperary solution but it has noise since it's not a clean line-out from my TV.

Can someone help a fella out?

I use a small form factor mixer, Mackie 802-vlz3 but there are smaller options, I've tried other methods of mixing signals but using a small mixer is the easiest with cleanest signal

Can the output from your media center somehow NOT be optical? If so, look into the Mackie mixers for sure. I use the ProFX12v3 personally to route multiple inputs into my Schiit Amp which is for my headphones and my speakers are also hooked up to the mixer. I can have audio playing from the speakers and headphones at the same time and can easily switch between.
