Budget (including currency): 7300 DKK (flexible, and excluding GPU, PSU and SSD)

Country: Denmark

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 3d modelling, Jedi Survivor, God Of War, Elden Ring + FPS games all with high settings.

Other details: I already have an RTX 3070 ti, PSU and an m.2 SSD. I would like to keep the Lian Li air mini, as well as the white theme. I would like that specific Deepcool AIO as well, since I don't really like the look of air coolers. I have all other peripherals and just need to check if these parts will fit.

With the current pcpartpicker build, I'm a bit under budget, and I know that the 5 5600x might be a bottleneck to the rtx 3070 ti, but when choosing newer CPUs, I end up over budget.

So what I'm looking for help with this build is if it fits, and if it's possible to squeeze in a better CPU/other components. Additionally I would like to know if I have to buy a new windows license with this build, and if I can just buy a cheap key online. ( I had a prebuilt previously)
