Razer Nari Essential (Garbage?)

The short version is I bought them for what seemed to be a good deal and they have more problems than I'm willing to explain about.I can't get them to consistently work. am I alone in this? what would be a good replacement for them preferably around that same price?

Nope lots of reports of quality issues and functionality issues.

Hyperx cloud II would ve a good option

I tried contacting the support team and the phone just hangs up during holding. The chat function doesnt work properly on firefox. I had to use chrome to get a text box to type in, just as well, they lay it on thick with the chat bot. I couldnt get hold of any real people regardless of what i did. I havent tried the forum yet.
