Speaker issue on computer

Ok so here's the background information

 

1. Speakers do work, I can get sound through them on another computer

2. In the playback devices, my speakers will show up when plugged into a rear/sub/side speaker port in the back

3. In playback devices, my speakers will show up as not connected when plugged into the line out port in the back. 

 

Anyone know what the issue could be? Earlier today I hit the "disable" on the speakers in the playback devices, then hit enable but they won't show up anymore.
