Hi guys. I have got 4x8gb 3200Hz ripjaws in my system (with radeon 2700, msi x470) but the system wont boot on other RAM options than 1866 with CL13. Also all sticks are detected but only 16GB is usable (at least i thins this is what it means). Newest BIOS, checked on
older versions- didnt work. CMOS also restarted- nothing changed. Whenever i try to change speed or delays it boots again to 1866MHz

Yeah, hardware reserved means the capacity isn't usable. Could be damaged modules, damaged slots, damaged IMC or modules not inserted properly. So try re-seating them as a first option and check if there's dust or debris in the slots.

As Robchil suggested, i pulled 1 channel. Botch sticks detected and working on 3200MHz. Any idea how to make it work properly on 32GB?

If you want 3200 MHz, you'll probably need to use 2x 16 GB sticks, rather than 4x 8 GB. Running four sticks is harder for the CPU's integrated memory controller, and some can't reach higher clocks with more than two sticks.

As an alternative, I'd try with slightly lower clocks, e.g. try with 3000 MHz instead.

Ryzen 7 2700 supports ram up to 2933mhz. You're pushing it at 3200mhz.

A gain of 10% ram speed gets you 1% overall better system performance in trade for stability.

Anytime you occupy all 4 DIMMS you also run into the possibility of MB not adjusting voltage by itself.

Also your Ram test is Memtest x64, overnight, 8 passes, not Windows.
