Very strange issues

So I’ve got my system assembled on my motherboard box and I’m just trying to test to see if I can get into the bios. It got to “Entering setup” and then just wouldn’t do anything else. So I tried so some troubleshooting and then just decided to press Y on the error thing.

 

So I got a usb drive, but when I powered it on the display came on for half a second before going black, but the monitor wasn’t off. Also the keyboard goes off and on a couple times. You could still see it was on. I’ve attached a video of what it does (I had to compress the video a lot)

To clarify the monitor doesn’t go black-black at the end. Like when you have brightness up on a video and the video goes black instead of the screen

Okay I’ve figured it out I just needed to stick my screw driver in the clear cmos pins for longer than I was doing.
