satisfactory gets really complicated the longer you develop your world, but the other titles you listed would work fine with 8GB of ram.

 

granted, getting 8GB now and upgrading in the future is always an option

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

I mean once Windows is loaded with 8GB you barely got 3GB left to do something, given current DDR4 RAM prices I'd go for 16GB no question, it's less than $50 for 2x8GB

And buying only 1x8GB stick is bad too cause you'll miss dual channel, and 4GB sticks aren't made anymore ...
