Help again lol

So I’ve had my pc for a while and I’ve ran windows fine and the Xbox app fine and Microsoft store like normal until I couldn’t anymore Microsoft store just crashes when I boot it up, didn’t think anything of it just uninstalled Xbox and reinstalled it booted it up gave me an error 0x80070424 didn’t think of anything didn’t care it was whatever months go by I wanted to try it again redownload the Xbox app didn’t let me put me to an error looked up the error today and it said it was something about my windows not being updated then I looked at setting bc I really thought about it bc I haven’t updated my pc in a while (I have windows 10) going forward the windows update in settings says “something went wrong try reopen setting later” so I do that nothing same thing and now I’m stuck and idk what to do bc I feel like I tried everything
