FPS drops

Hello all I have Telus 1gig fiber and having issues with FPS drops when playing games online on steam I have had issues with ready or not, ground break and zero hour and I can not figure out why. 
I am running 

 

AMD 3600

16 gig or ram

3070

asus tuf x570

windows ten

I have changed video settings to low and the same issue persists. It seems to be a packet loss issue is my guess. I have done fresh install of all drivers and close to just flashing the computer and starting fresh. Any suggestions would be wonderful
