Black rectangle

Once a day, when i'm on my laptop. Watching something, gaming or doing something on my laptop. Both my screens turn black, after a few seconds they are normal again. Everything is just as before, but there is a big black rectangle on my second monitor. It goes away when i lock my laptop, or when i restart it. I also lag a lot for 10/20seconds after it happend. It's very annoying. When i'm playing a game and the monitors turn black, most of the times my game crashes too. Is there a fix to this?

i update my nvidia graphics driver every time when a new one comes out. But i don't update my radeon drivers because after a day the amd software says that the wrong driver is installed, so i have to reinstall the software and the driver every day or two. Is there maybe a fix to this?
