FPS Issues

Go to solution Solved by aledsav1,

is windows set to high performance, make sure ram is running on xmp, clean driver install etc, anything else running hogging resorces, any malware or similar, dependant on screen res you should be seeing massively higher FPS in minecraft at say 1080p 100's!

I built my first pc (https://pcpartpicker.com/user/NoahVale/saved/6Bmt3C) a couple months ago and have been enjoying it a ton.

That being said, When I'm running minecraft and Tiny Tina's Wonderland, I'm barely cracking 90 FPS. Feels like this system should be able to do a bit better than that especially on minecraft. Any suggestions on how to get the full performance from my machine? Anything helps. Thanks in advance

It should be able to get more perfomance in Minecraft it prob a minecraft issue so try using optifine and allocate more ram for Minecraft i think this video will help you change the memory allocation

Tiny Tina's Wonderland i have no idea i never played that game do you have any problem with other games

I set windows to high performance and am now getting dramatically better FPS. Definitely more worth the 3070's reputation than what I was getting before. Thanks
