Upgrade advice

Hello there LTT community,
I need a small upgrade device for the PC of my younger brother.
As he has quite the "budget" desktop currently, without a GPU, i've wanted to upgrade him, with a GPU so he can start some light VR Gaming.
Stats: Gigabyte X570 itx board with a Ryzen 5600G and a 650W bequiet! Gold PSU.
Problem now is that the case, a Kolink SATELLITE with a 16cm PSU in it, only fits an exactly 190mm long GPU.
The strongest, yet smallest, GPU i can find is the MSI Aero ITX 3060ti, which seems to be only available in asia.
Would you guys take out the PSU for a Focus GX (or something else) and put a 280mm GPU in or just try to find another sub 190mm GPU?
I am happy for any advice i get.
