I recommend the Ryzen 5 3600, at 118 its a good deal and will scale well with your memory.  With a bios update it should run nicely.  On Amazon, It's even cheaper than the 3100 with the promo going on right now. https://www.amazon.com/AMD-Ryzen-3600-12-Thread-Processor/dp/B07STGGQ18/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=3600+ryzen&qid=1671820432&s=electronics&sprefix=3600+%2Celectronics%2C120&sr=1-3

the 5600G is at 124 right now, as well, and your board will support 5000 series with an update as well.  https://www.amazon.com/AMD-Ryzen-5600G-12-Thread-Processor/dp/B092L9GF5N/ref=sr_1_2?crid=HT238AJYUT6O&keywords=5100+ryzen&qid=1671820525&s=electronics&sprefix=5100+ryzen%2Celectronics%2C90&sr=1-2

I have a ryzen 3 1200, a gtx 1650 gddr6, 8gb 2666 mhz cl17 ram. i am planning to upgrade the ram to 16gb 3200 cl15 ram and im also looking for a modern cpu  around 100 dollars. my motherboard is an ASRock b450m hdv r4.0. (i have to update my bios for anything newer that ryzen 3rd generation)
