Screen flickering and lines

Help, my 144hz monitor flickers and gets lines through it when I select 144hz but if I switch to 120hz it fixes. This is a new issue, any ways to fix?

You can try to find the problematic component by switching cables/monitor/gpu if possible. Try a different cable first.

Make sure you are on the latest GPU driver.

 

Does this happen only in game (under GPU load) or generally even in windows?

It happens at all times, I’ve updated my drivers multiple times and switched my cables.
