You can try to find the problematic component by switching cables/monitor/gpu if possible. Try a different cable first.

Make sure you are on the latest GPU driver.

 

Does this happen only in game (under GPU load) or generally even in windows?

It happens at all times, I’ve updated my drivers multiple times and switched my cables.
