Windows boot error 0xc00000e

Hello,

I recently got an nvme drive and cloned everything to it from my old sata drive using macrium reflect. I had done this process on a different drive before and it worked perfectly. This time I cloned everything and it booted to Windows fine off of my new nvme even with the old sata drive completely unplugged. I figured everything was good and wiped my sata drive. However, the next time I went to turn my pc on I was confronted a blue screen with the error code I mentioned. From there I looked up several youtube videos and used a bootable usb to try many different things to repair Windows on my drive but nothing has worked. Does anybody know if there is a way to fix this without completely reinstalling windows? I have attached an image with the error screen.

Do you get this screen when no other drive is connected only your new nvme drive?

What have you already tried?

Recovery console with

- bootrec /fixmbr

- bootrec /fixboot

- bootrec /scanos

- bootrec /rebuildbcd

Last time I had this error, I had to run "bootrec /rebuildbcd" to repair BCD (Boot Configuration Data).
