Fan not working

It's not an issue. Your hardware will automatically clock down its frequencies to prevent damage and will cut power before damage can occur if necessary. But a single case fan usually doesn't have enough of an impact on the temperatures that this would occur.

 

However it's a good idea to monitor the PC temps anyway and I recommend to replace the fan as soon as possible.

So I'm fine i get the same performace as everyone else with my setup ty for the answer have a good one
