Not sure if the LTT forum is the best place for this, but I'm not familiar with any Minecraft forums.

I built a PC to run a Minecraft server off of for myself and a few friends. Its specs are as follows:

i3-10100F

32GB DDR4-2666

GT 710

I built the PC from used parts (PSU, case, fans are new), with the goal of overkill to run a server. I had to wait until I was able to run an ethernet cable through my attic into the room with the computer to run the server, so that I could have a stable connection. I've run a personal server before, and the only other problems I've had is with my internet, and I was hoping for the wired connection to help me. However, (seemingly randomly) all players get kicked from the server, and the PC shuts down. After I restart the PC, the server is reopened automatically, without me even logging into the PC, and displays a message along the lines of:

Can't keep up! Is the system overloaded? Running 34958945ms or 699178 ticks behind

That was my most recent one. The PC is plugged into the same outlet as my main computer, a surge protector strip plugged into the wall, which also powers my two monitors, printer, and Nintendo Switch dock. I don't think that this is the issue, as if the server PC pulls too much power, would it not shut everything else off?  I've heard that Minecraft Vanilla servers aren't the most stable, so should I try running on Paper or something similar? Any help is appreciated.
