What BIOS am I using

Flip the switch only with the PC turned off. Is there a P or Q (some lettering) next to the switch? Either going to be performance or quiet mode.

try downloading the amd software and check if there are labels on the bios switch and check ur manual

I'm not seeing anything except a plus and minus near the power connector but I think that has something to do with the power connector.

That card does not have a DUAL bios that I can find any documentation on?

If it's dual bios, gpu-z will show clock differences when running one or the other.
