Uncharted 4 Crashes

Hello! Uncharted 4 crashes at the same point every time I try to play. It runs as expected until I reach a specific cutscene, where it always crashes. It grey screens and eventually closes. I don't get any kind of error message, just the standard "Do you want to report this problem to Sony" and "Do you want to report this problem to AMD". I've tried almost everything already - Windows 10 is up to date, my BIOS is up to date, my GPU drivers are up to date. I'm running the game as administrator, I've turned off fullscreen optimizations. I've run it in safe mode, I've run it at the lowest settings, I've capped the framerate to 30 fps. I've verified the game files, I've rebooted my pc about 12 times, I've reinstalled the C++ redistributable. Is there anything I'm missing? Help would be appreciated.

• Ryzen 5 5600 at stock speeds
• 2x8 gig Teamgroup Vulcan Z (DDR4-3600 CL18, XMP)
• ASRock Challenger D RX 6700 XT (stock)
• Adata Legend 740 1 tb pcie gen 3 (boot drive and storage drive)
• Phanteks AMP 650w
