Black screen

Hello I’m from Greece I’ve been building my own computers since 2011 and I have an issue that I didn’t meet anything like this all these years 

so straight to the problem I got my pc build before one month so everything works great but when I turn off my computer the next day I get an error mobo gpu light is on and display shows nothing after some restarts and plug and unplug the display cables and most of the times when I plug hdmi too my computer starts working like normal I checked everything did a fresh reinstall on windows gpu works fine heaven engine furmark everything is right but I keep getting this problem if I turn off my pc and then the next day i open it again it shows again black screen and I have to do the same things to get it working btw I’m using always display port

evga 3080 xc3 ultra 

750watt psu corsair 80+platinum

The latest vBIOS on the GPU?

 

Latest motherboard Bios?

 

Disabled hibernation and hybrid sleep / fast boot?

I got latest gpu and bios but did not disable hibernation/hybrid sleep or fast boot once I got an error on my screen that says the current input timing is not support by the monitor
