Howdy guys, looking for a bit of help figuring this problem out, hopefully I can find it.

To make a long story short, this computer has been a pain in the ass. First I had a Ryzen 9 5900X with one of the MSI Tomahawk boards. Board died and also killed my CPU, wouldn't boot at all or anything. Sent both back in for return on October 31st, didn't get money back till December 1st, and I just re-ordered the same CPU and a new MOBO, the Crosshair VIII Hero ASUS board. But, now I am having a new issue after trying to get this working for 3-4 months.

Firstly, as I'm typing this, my Graphics Card(MSI 3070Ti) fans are not spinning. They did earlier, but now they aren't after booting to desktop. When I was in the BIOS they were running from what I could tell, but nothing at all now. Last few times I've reset my computer it's worked to get the fans spinning again BUT slight problem with that. The computer forcefully continues to restart and reboot itself until I press the button on the back to clear the CMOS. I read around a bit and the only thing I've seen people come up with is things like the reboot issue is bad RAM, BIOS update error, or a dying CMOS battery, stuff like that. One guy said he Overclocked and it probably fried his MOBO, but I haven't overclocked anything.

I would rather not have to spend more money on shit, I've spent plenty on this thing, and all I want to do is play some video-games and have fun on the rig. Any ideas?

I'm gonna go ahead and try it, hopefully it fixes both the issue of my GPU fans not blowing at all and the fact that I can't reboot the PC properly. Appreciate the quick reply! Buying tomorrow and hoping for the best.
