I've been overclocking my CPU to 4.55GHZ with my motherboard. The voltage is around 1.25 and I have a 360mm water cooler attached to it. While running Cinebench, it routinely hits 95 degrees Celsius and crashes. No error message is given, just a restart into the BIOS. With voltage set to auto, it will be at 1.3 volts, hit 105 degrees but not crash. I ended the test out of fear for the CPU. How can I keep thermals controlled without sacrificing performance? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Don't Overclock AMD CPUs, you're actually hurting there performance. Just enable PBO and follow this guide to tweak it in and get maximum performance.
