PC completely freezing twice while gaming.

I was playing evil west game and was close to end when my game started freezing, then it unfroze, and after few seconds it completely froze. I manage to somehow nuke the game but pc wasnt responding at all.

 

Luckly windows window was working and i managed to restart the pc, everything was fine after that. 2 or 3 days later. i was playing rocket league and pc completely froze again, this time i wasnt able to do anything with commands, so i restarted my pc with restart button on my case, it rebooted and it gave me blue screen saying it couldnt find winbootload or something like that. Pressing enter to retry or pressing f8 to go into settings didnt do anything.

 

So i hard shut down my pc with psu switch, after that i turned it on normaly and it booted as always with no problems.

 

My question is, is this windows problem, or is my boot drive-ssd dying, ive tried googling this problem but everyone say its windows problem but i wanna be sure its not my hardware.
