Does this build require 1000W PSU?

I am building a new PC with RTX 4080 and 13700K. I would normally buy an ATX 1000W PSU for this build, but I would like to use a Lian Li O11 Dynamic Mini case which only supports SFX PSUs. The problem is that highest wattage SFX PSU I can find available in my country is 850W from EVGA. Is 850W SFX PSU enough for this build? Or should I rather find some other case which supports bigger PSUs.

it should be alright, the 4080 is not that power hungry, like the 4090 but the 13700K can pull a lot of power.  it sould be alright and if it doesnt work, you can undervolt ypour cpu and/or gpu to decrease power consumption.

1000W is total overkill for a 4080 and 13700. A good quality 750-850w would give you plenty of headroom.
