i have amd rx 570 vga i plug this card my motherboard fans sapping but no display

does the igpu work on the cpu? is  everything plugged in including the gpu

try booting the bios if you can and check to see if the gpu or the igpu is selected so you can diagnose the issue. maybe also try a different monitor or hook your monitor up to a different pc to check if thats the issue. id also try and switch the display cable out if you can because that could be the problem.
