I just bought an Asus Tuf A15

spec 

Ryzen5 4600

RTX3050 mobile

8gb ddr4 3200mhz

the spec is mid but it perform purely ,I've tried adjusting the power plan but nothing work

It can't even run fh4...it crashes evrytime saying it does not meet the requirements

Tried cyberpunk,it runs at 20fps on low setting which is vry low compare to my old rx570 which runs at 50fps.

I did disable the igpu through device manager (idk if this right or not)

Set the nvidia panel  setting to maximum power 

still perform badly

 

Downloaded cpu z to confirm the hardware,the spec is matching..

Need help,is there something to be concern about ?

Is there anything i need to do first for a new laptop?

Cybershrek 2077 is a Crashy & badly designed, port for heat boxes (console box). I wouldn't measure anything by it.

However, the first thing to do is upgrade ram to 16GB if you want to consider laptops for gaming. This is a big thing because 8gb for gaming is Year 2010.

2nd What is your monitor's vertical refresh resolution ? Modern drivers have syncs that can handle anything but you need proper setups.

Disabling the iGPU ensures Microsoft does not decide by itself what to use, this is a good thing.

HDD or SSD ? And did you already disable the Windows Memory Leak called PageFile ?
