Attempted to give my Lenovo l390s keyboard a quick wipe down

turned it on, chaos

Pressing buttons like Mute, enables capslock and mute,

capslock types “s”

number 8 types “]=8”

just gibberish

tried re installing drivers

cleaned under all the keycaps

checked language settings

reset bios

everything I can think of

dunno what to do

they had liquid in them, but not dripping soaking wet

Possible there is some moisture still on the keyboard as this sounds like liquid to me, same behavior if someone spills a drink on their keyboard for example.

Off the top of my head, maybe about 6-7 hours ago

i will say it was a lot worse, before the A key would spaz out, now it’ll most of the time type a

all the keys seem to be working, just not in a way they should

It’s 11:32 pm for me, I’ll sleep soon and see how it is in the morning

Yeah that sounds more and more like liquid damage. Give it more time to dry out and if it doesn't work time for a new keyboard or external one.
