Budget (including currency):

Around £1000

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

I'm looking to try and build an all rounder, it'll be my first custom PC and first desktop in years. I mostly current play casual/indy games but want something that can run my Tilt5 AR glasses and I'll probably end up getting into something a bit more demanding. I also do a bit of CAD for 3D printing and want to start to learn a bit of ML hence the 32GB aof RAM and 6700 with 10GB of VRAM, rather than one of the 6600 series with 8GB. It will also be running Linux, not windows, hence AMD GPU for compatibility. Also not interested in RGB'ing everything.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Looking to take advantage of the Black Friday deals for this, here the PC Park Picker link https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/yqsj78 But I found slightly different memory on offer (dual rather than quad channel, which should be fine for this mobo).

Good, but you can save some money here and there, esp. with a 5600 non X, don't need any better cooler than stock, and then get a 6700XT and end up below £1000
