Electric crackling sounds coming from Dell laptops

I just wanted to know what's up with all these dell laptops having weird electric crackling noises? i thought dell was supposed to be excellent but i guess not. I own a 7000 series and just received it from Amazon yesterday, however when it is plugged in and especially when scrolling i here a crackling noise. When removing the charger the sound goes, so does stop scrolling using the trackpad. When i searched online, it seems a lot of other models have this same issue and dell has been ignoring posts on their own forums regarding this issue. Any fixes or updates i should know about?

I have attached a video of the issue, if you turn your volume up you can hear it clearly.

I am having this same problem with my dell g15 in 2024 do you know how to fix this
