Upgrades for Black Friday/Cyber Monday

Hey guys, I was looking at upgrading my build if I found any good deals this upcoming week and was curious what you guys were thinking. Currently my RAM is the oldest thing in my rig, so I am looking to get better/faster sticks. So I would love some suggestions on what you guys think I should get with my current setup. And the second is looking to get my first m.2 drive. The jump from HDD to sata SSD is absolutely huge. What is the performance jump from sata to m.2? Also suggestions on which m.2 drives to get would be nice, but hopefully the Samsung m.2's get a good deal. Thanks for any and all advice!
