It has been around 10 years since my last build and I am looking for feedback between the two builds below with the main difference coming down to the CPU, Motherboard and GPU. I have a few components I am planning to take from the old build like the PSU if it fits in the new case and I am still debating between 2/3 screens or an ultra wide. Also, if there are recommendations outside of the builds I am not opposed to hearing that  or mixing between the two builds.

For the first build I was looking at the higher end parts as I only do builds every 7-10 years for myself. I'm also only considering the MB if I can get a discount on it and the card is also still up in the air depending on benchmarks.

Better cooler and significantly less expensive. Also good quality mobo for like a third the price

Thanks, I'll take a look at this in more detail.

I saw you added a 1000w PSU, do you think I need more than the 850 I have with the i9+ 7900XT/7900XTX?
