Average wait time for lttstore support

Email lttstore support November 12 asking for update on order for screwdriver made on August 30 2022. Received reply that my request was received and under review. Wanted to know delivery time estimate, and wanted to know if I could add a set of bits to that order to save myself $10 in shipping. I understand you are back logged, but 9 days and still no response, What are Adam and Nolan doing?? Wanted this as a gift for my son. Maybe they should be in the office more (comment on Linus’s why I have 80 employees video). I am an avid watcher of LTT content and would love to support the channel, but I can’t afford to give money away for nothing, I am not rich, quite the contrary. Please respond or get more help. If you are fielding that many requests, you obviously are doing very well and should be able to afford more support staff, or your current staff are not doing their job and not in the office (reference to LTT video again) please help. I really enjoy LTT and would love to continue to support them.

What is your order number? the screwdriver listing on the store page shows the estimated ship dates based on order number since they are coming in and going out in waves
