Building a new pc after a while

Go to solution Solved by brob,

A €2.000 budget should be enough for a decent system. I used the German pcpartpicker as it works in Euros and has good part selection. Some parts may not be available to you and I have no idea if local pricing is much different.

Budget (including currency): around 2000Euro

Country: Romania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Only games , no streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

So right now my existing PC  was built like 6 years ago and it needs an upgrade . It has the following components :

i5 7500

GIGABYTE GA-B250M-D3H

2x HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 2133MHz CL14 1.2v

SSD HyperX FURY 120GB SATA-III 2.5 inch

Seagate BarraCuda 1TB SATA-III 7200RPM

Sapphire Radeon RX 480 NITRO+ 8GB DDR5 256-bit Lite

Sirtec - High Power Element Smart 650W (80+ bronze )

Zalman Z11 Neo Case

Right now I use a cheap Benq 1080p 60hz which I will change  in a couple of moths for an Odyssey G5 32", WQHD, 144Hz and also I will buy a m2 ssd  probably a 980 1tb gen 3 .

To be honest , I don't know what to do , go intel 13600k and my weak ddr4 or  go ryzen 7600x and go ddr5 5600(doubt i can afford 6000 ) .

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
