What CPU to get?

I currently have a GTX 1650 4gb gddr6 and a i5-4590 3.30GHz and have 22% bottleneck and want to get a new CPU I nedd a LGA 1150 CPU what do your recommend to get to not have so much bottleneck

How are you getting a hard % bottleneck number? Are you actually having issues in the games you enjoy or is this some BS internet calculator?

Well i used a calculator and it said that i have 22% bottleneck i am not so good with PC's  and the website said i have 22%

You're repeating yourself.  Don't use those calculators, they've been proven to be not reliable or accurate.

 

If you want an upgrade, look at what CPU's your motherboard supports and get the best one.

the best one is i7-4790k for 200eur but i am scared that i will get less fps bc something is too weak

Easiest way to check for yourself what your bottle neck actually is. What's the CPU per core usage in games? Task Manager, More Details, Performance, CPU, right click graph and "change graph to logical processors"

i think your system will be fine, if you dont play at low settings.

 

let me explain really quick what a cpu bottleneck is:

your cpu can only handle a maximum certain amount of frames per second in a game, no matter what the resolution or visual settings are.

for example, an old cpu can only get 60FPS at 1080P with low settings in a certain game with a weaker GPU, like a GT 1030.  the cpu will be at 100% use and the gpu will not be maxed out.  This cpu will also get max 60FPS with the rtx 4090 at 4K with the highest settings.  the 4090 is really fast and could probably get 120FPS with these settings.

 

a cpu bottleneck is just a frame cap, no matter what the settings are.

Well you would need to tell us the full spec of your computer, including monitor and resolution and games, etc.

 

You shouldn't ever get LESS fps, no.
