It is an okay CPU... you can easily over clock it to 4.2 or 4.4Ghz. It runs pretty hot and you will need a good cooling solution. You can play most games on medium to high settings on this CPU when its coupled with a good GPU(270X/ 280X/ 760).

But, this does not compare to FX series CPU such as FX6300 which is only 15-20$ more expensive while being vastly superior over all.

1. Does anyone have this CPU?

2. Is it worth buying?

3. How well does it overclock?

this kinda interest me because if you overclocks the crap out of it and burn it up it was only $85 its not like the 4770K or the 4650K  that i cost $230+

The 760k uses the Richland core, which has power improvements so it should also see higher overclocks than the 750k (same architecture, different revision). I can do 5.3 GHz upwards with my A10-6800k on water.

What voltage was that at? That is quite impressive. :D

I validated at 1.472v with all four cores enabled, I didn't test for stability is why. It would probably take 1.55v+ to get that stable. Tho I could probably get 5.0 GHz stable without super dangerous volts, I haven't toyed with my unit much (no need to overclock). I got a top end board to overclock too (A85X Extreme6) but I just don't (got a GA-F2A85X-UP4 and a A8-6600k in the closet brand new sealed in their boxes just sitting there also).  :D
