Best portable display?

I work at sea, so I daily drive an Alienware m17 laptop.

whilst at home, I use an egpu to have an easy dock for external display and other peripherals.

however, I would like a second display for while I am on board, so I was thinking of getting a 17” portable display. Does anyone have any tips what to look out for in buying one, or any recommendations?
