looking for upgrade help

I have a $600-$700 USD budget  this is what I am looking at for the build

 

Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 

 

Cpu:  i5 4670k

 

Cpu Cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 240M or Noctua NH-D14

 

Ram G.skill Spiner 8gb 2x4gb

 

Case: Corsair Obsidian 450D

 

I have 840 Evo 120GB ssd, 1 TB WD black, and a gtx 670, and 750 watts psu 

 

I would like the know if the parts above are good

that nearly the same build i am going for, ecpet the case is going to be a Fractual Design R4, GPU is going to be the gtx 770 and the cpu cooler is the Noctua NH-U14s. The build you are going to do is going to be good for gaming, you could probably get about 50-60fps in high demanding games like BF4 on high settings.

What's the system being used for? Are you planning to sli?
