Is there a big difference between a 6900xt and 6950xt?

If you plan to oc than the 6950xt might be interesting to you, but overall they'll perform similarly.

The asrock oc formula is the best choice here

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/fFTxC6

Budget (including currency): $2,000 to $2,500 usd would like to stay closer to $2,000 usd

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: rising storm 2 veitnam, Arma 3, Call of duty mondern warfare 2, league of legends. Programing on python, ruby, Javascript. Will be using wsl as well as a separate hardrive running Linux for programming.

Other details: I already have all accessories needed except I will be getting three new monitors but those are not included in the PC build budget. Still haven't decided on resolution or refresh rates. Was thinking either 1440p 120hz or 4k at 120hz. Would like some input on what y'all think would be better, or if I should look at different resolutions and refresh rates all together. I was also thinking of just running one big curved ultra wide but have no idea what would be a good one. Is it worth spending extra on DDR5 ram? Here is my list.

Looks fine honestly, only odd choice is the overpriced psu, you can Get a 1000w psu for the same price.

The msi pro z690-a is also a fine choice to lower the cost. Are you planning to game on 4k? In that case 16gbs of vram from the 6900xt might benefit you more

Yes, I would like to game in 4k. Is there a big difference between a 6900xt and 6950xt?
