Upgrading GPU need help

I need help finding a budget GPU(under 200 preferably) for my pc. I currently have two monitors which I will link below. My primary monitor is a 34in 1080p ultrawide 144hz ,and my secondary is 27in 4k 60hz but I keep it turned down to 1080 x 1920 60hz. I primarily use my pc for gaming and normally get around 60fps with low to medium settings on my primary monitor. I need help finding a GPU that would get me the full 144hz at ultra to high settings while gaming. I know the rest of my parts are lower end but I plan to upgrade them in the future. Also, I don't plan on upgrading monitors which is why I am upgrading my GPU first so I can base the rest of my new build off the GPU you recommend.

GPU: Rx 580 4gb

CPU: i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz

Ram: Patriot PV316G160C0K 16GB(2x8GB) Viper III DDR3 1600MHz

MOBO: ASUS Z87-K
