Format the drive properly and reinstall Windows using the installer not the cloud download.

Update:

I followed an arguably vague Microsoft solution (while waiting for reply) by doing a startup disk check and it seems to be working(?), should I still try that on the safe side or wait for an error to pop out?

I ran chkdsk to see if I have an bad sectors on my drive, it seems I’m on the safe side according to it
