Unable to Open Links in Third Party Applications

Hey y'all, got a Windows issue I've never encountered before.

 

I recently sysprepped my Windows 10 Pro install, swapped motherboards, had to deal with a couple corrupted applications, but got everything working again. Or so I thought.

 

The newest problem in this adventure is that Windows will not open links from third party applications(Discord, Skype, Slack) in my default browser, no matter what my default browser is set to. I've tried with Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.

 

Windows is fully updated, so are all my involved apps.

Any help would be very appreciated 🙂
