Display lost its sharpness

Hi Guys!

 

Until today my monitor, a ROG XG27UQ, lost its sharpness. Its blurry in areas and when it comes to text it looks like its displaying it twice over each other, kinda like double vision. I am genuinely puzzled as to what could have caused this.

 

I have tweeked a few settings in the display options, which didn't work I have done a fresh reinstall of all graphic drivers and swapped out my displayport cables.

 

Is there anything that I have missed?
