Budget (including currency): ~250USD

Country: Hong Kong

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: AAA gaming, heavily modded minecraft (1080p 165hz monitor)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

This is my current 3-year-old setup. Looking for an upgrade.
CPU: i5-9400f
MB: MSI B365M mortar
RAM: 2x 8GB 2666 CL19
GPU: Zotac GTX 1080 mini (core +180mhz ram +450mhz)
PSU: Corsair CX650M
Drives: Intel 660p 512GB + 2TB sata gamedrives(Raid 0)

Case: Antec VSK 10 Window

Found a 9700k and MSI Z390M Gaming Edge AC online for 190, thinking for that and probably an air tower, maybe a 3200 16GB kit.
Any suggestions or alternative upgrade paths?
