I have a i9-10900K I am trying to enable the xmp profile on my ram. In the Bios it say it is enabled then when I open task manger I say it is running at 2133 MHz If it helps my mother board is a ASUS Prime Z490-A and 2*8 Gb of Corsair Vengeance ram 3200MHz.

Is it a problem with task manger not reading properly or what.

Download CPU-z and see what it says. If its enabled, it should say 1600mhz for your RAM speed. It would look similar to this. My RAM is 3600mhz, but it reads at 1800mhz due to the Double Data Rate.
