Would I be better off just going for DDR4, if so what Mhz, and wait for the AMD 7000 Series or should I stick with a 6900xtxh.

The AK620 overhangs the memory area. It seems pointless to me to use RGB memory modules in this case. Use low profile memory like G.Skill S5 or Corsair Vengeance.
