mic not working

Hi guys I have been playing games with my friends on discord and in game and other apps noticing that my mic doesn't work I have u updated discord drivers are up to date and used diffrent headphones to rule the issue with headphones idk what to do pls help ty in advance 🙂

Doesn't work at all or cuts/drops? Lets start from beginning. What mic? How is it connected?

it dosent work at all and the mic is integrated into the headphones

If you want good advice, you really need to give more info than that. USB or 3.5mm? Have you tested it on another system? As if it doesn't work at all, most common reason is that its broken. Next I would point to either driver issues or port issues.

sry mb should have gave more info its basically it was working fine and dandy before but sometime later when I talked on discord and in game no one could hear me and yes it is a 3.5mm jack drivers bios and updates are not a problem
